Earthrise Initiative
Earthrise Initiative is a response to reflecting on images of the Earth from space. We are optimists in that we consider our civilization's biggest problems solvable. Their solution requires building a shared understanding of suffering and a commitment to reduce it. Similarly, something like the maximal wellbeing of sentient beings ought to become our primary goal. We seek to mobilize as much compassion and collective intelligence as possible, hoping that together we might create a much, much better world.
We look for relentless innovators that think about change in orders of magnitude. Ultimately, a project must only clear one hurdle for us to support it: if successful, might many millions of lives be radically improved?
